CEW Developments (Clemson Street)

The site is located in close proximity to the ‘village’ areas of Edge Hill, where the client was seeking to provide an innovative design arrangement for two dwellings within 400m2. Preliminary assessments and discussions with Council was completed by Urban Sync and an application for a combined dual occupancy and reconfiguration of a lot was determined to be the most suitable approach.

Working collaboratively with the client and Dimarco Designs a custom design solution was produced that addressed the site constraints and supported the creation of two smaller lots and the establishment of a 2-storey dwelling to be built on each of the new lots.

With hard work and negotiation around the built form, an approach to the delivery of the subdivision following construction we received an approval by Council.
