Our role includes interpreting planning requirements, managing technical inputs, and advocating on behalf of our clients to reduce delays and minimise risk.

  • Preparation, lodgement and management of new application, amendments and extensions to existing approvals

  • Coordination and management of specialist consultants relevant to your application (e.g. architects, engineers, surveyors)

  • Management of Council information requests and responses, including facilitation of meetings and resolution processes where required

  • Negotiations of infrastructure agreements and associated conditions with Council and State agencies

  • Advice on project delivery timeframes, staging and requirements to achieve commencement of construction

  • Coordination of survey plan sealing and endorsement with Council and the Titles Office
