Director and Senior Town Planner
Stuart brings over 23 years of planning experience in Far North Queensland's private sector. As Urban Sync's Director, he specialises in coordinating complex statutory approvals and guiding clients through the planning process with confidence. Stuart has led major, multi-disciplinary projects with a strong focus on balancing environmental, community, and infrastructure needs. Actively involved in industry bodies such as the UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia), he has built trusted relationships with statutory authorities and consultants. Stuart is dedicated to delivering practical, sustainable outcomes for clients and the wider community.
Matt Ingram
Planning Manager
Matt is Urban Sync's Planning Manager, known for his thorough, client-focused approach. Since joining in 2016, he has brought extensive experience from both Local Government and private consultancy roles, giving him a practical, well-rounded understanding of the development process. Matt has successfully managed a wide range of projects - from small subdivisions to large, complex developments involving State and Federal agencies. Skilled in all stages of planning, he balances client objectives with regulatory requirements to consistently deliver positive outcomes.
Nash Davison
Town Planner
Since joining Urban Sync in 2023, Nash had quickly established himself as a proactive Town Planner, contributing to residential, industrial, and commercial projects across Far North Queensland and the Torres Strait Islands. With a background in private sector project management and restoration consulting, he brings strong skills in development processes, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks. Nash applies his knowledge to deliver well-considered outcomes for clients while continually expanding his technical expertise across a diverse project portfolio.
