Stuart Ricketts
Director and Senior Town Planner
With over 23 years' experience in Far North Queensland's planning sector, Stuart leads Urban Sync with a practical and solutions-focused approach. He specialises in coordinating complex statutory approvals and guiding clients through the development process with clarity and confidence. Stuart has led a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects, balancing environmental, community and infrastructure considerations to achieve workable outcomes. Through his long-standing involvement in the Urban Development Institute of Australia, he has developed strong relationships with statutory authorities and consultants, supporting efficient project delivery across the region.
Matt Ingram
Partner and Planning Manager
As Partner and Planning Manager of Urban Sync, Matt brings extensive experience across both Local Government and private consultancy, providing a well-rounded understanding of the development process. Since joining Urban Sync in 2016, he has successfully managed a diverse range of projects from small subdivisions through to large, complex developments involving State and Federal agencies. Skilled in all stages of planning, Matt balances client objectives with regulatory requirements to consistently deliver positive outcomes.
Nash Davison
Town Planner
Since joining Urban Sync in 2023, Nash has established himself as a proactive Town Planner, supporting projects across Far North Queensland and the Torres Strait Islands. Drawing on his background in project management and the insurance and restoration sector, he brings a practical understanding of risk, compliance and delivery. Nash contributes to the assessment and coordination of projects, supporting clients through planning requirements and approval pathways, while continuing to build his technical expertise.
Alisha Phophang
Business Manager
As Business Manager, Alisha oversees Urban Sync's internal systems and operations, supporting the team's delivery of planning services. Working closely with the Director, she manages key functions including finance, HR, IT systems, and marketing coordination. With a background in administration, including experience within State Government, Alisha brings a structured and proactive approach to business operations. She plays a key role in ensuring efficiency across the organisation and maintaining strong internal systems that support project delivery.
