Atherton Service Station & Fast Food Development
Niti Developments Pty Ltd
Local Government: Tablelands Regional Council
Urban Sync was engaged to secure the necessary approvals for a new mixed-use commercial development located along the Kennedy Highway at the northern entrance to Atherton.
The development compromises a service station with eight fuel dispensing positions, electric vehicle charging facilities and two drive-thru fast food outlets. Situated on a 4,905m2 site within an emerging industrial precinct, the project will provide convenient fuel and food services to passing motorists, local businesses and the surrounding industrial area.
Urban Sync coordinated the development application process, including a detailed assessment against the Tablelands Regional Council Planning Scheme, consideration of existing subdivision approvals and liaison with Council and the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
The development approval was successfully secured for the project, facilitating the staged delivery of new commercial facilities that will contribute to the continued growth of Atherton’s north industrial precinct.
