Urban Sync was engaged by the client to provide planning services for a residential development project in Mighell, located approximately one kilometre south of the Innisfail town centre. The proposal involved a Material Change of Use for the establishment of a multiple dwelling development.

The development proposed the construction of 22 apartments across two stages, compromising a mix of two and three-bedroom dwellings designed to support local housing diversity and meet anticipated growth in the area.

Urban Sync led the preparation and lodgement of the development application, which included coordination with architects, engineers, and landscape consultants.

Through a collaborative and considered planning approach, the project demonstrates a high standard of design that reflects the character of Mighell and supports the strategic intent for residential infill in the Innisfail region.
